We will compensate lost orders up to the limit allowed by our delivery partner as described here. For orders above £150 we advise you to choose Royal Mail Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm so that your order value is covered in full in case of loss or damage. Alternatively split your order so that each order is less than £150.
